Due to the intimate nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:
✅ Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement. ✅ Wrong Item Received: If we send the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct product.
